    Bia founded ALMA Creative to fill a gap for specialized marketing experts with a passion for making profit with a social purpose. Her strengths are in marketing strategy and outreach, sales networking, project leadership, and community outreach. She has over ten years of experience in marketing and event management in the hospitality industry, in the coworking spaces market, in support of small businesses and nonprofits. From 2017 to 2019, Bia served as the first Honorary Vice Consul of Brazil in Manitoba, acting as a liaison between the government of Canada and Brazil with Global Affairs Canada. As a small business owner, she created an international student recruitment agency bringing students from Brazil to Canada from 2016 until 2020. Her biggest passion is to engage in philanthropy. She has lived and studied on three continents, with one degree in Marketing & Advertising and a second in Theology for Educational purposes. Naturalized Brazilian-Canadian, you can find her working remotely anywhere between Canada, Germany, and Costa Rica. She is fluent in English, German and her native Brazilian Portuguese.

    Lindsay is an instructor in Social Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship for Red River College in Canada. She has extensive knowledge of leadership development, policy development, nonprofit organization skills, and management process within the non-profit sector – specifically in fund development, communications & media strategies, and event management.

  • Volunteer Outreach, Events & Training

    Belinda has managed volunteer efforts and social services for Siloam Mission for 10 years. She is certified in the Canadian Code for Volunteer Involvement, passionate about community building, and advocates for diversity and inclusion in Canada. She is experienced in building and managing volunteer programs, volunteer based events such as Galas, volunteer and donor appreciation engagement, developing volunteer database CRMs, and staff training.

  • Technical Writer - Environment, Program Funding, Engineering & Government Policies

    Translating complex ideas into "salable" ones, Mary-Anne thinks outside the box to ensure technical messages connect powerfully with any reader to get them moving toward your organization's mission. With over 20 years of expertise in environmental science and engineering, she translates techspeak to reach the great public, decision-makers, segmented businesses, and targeted audiences. She is versed in sustainable energy and development, resource conservation, and the impacts of consumption on the planet. In addition, she has experience with government regulations and their impacts on the local, provincial and federal levels - and how they affect other governments, businesses, and constituents.

    Lee is a creative designer specializing in WordPress and WooCommerce development and branding design. His passion is to tell a company’s story visually. He presents a brand’s elements and story in compelling imagery using his expertise as a website designer, graphic illustrator, photographer, and GIF artist. Additionally, he integrates the visual work delivered with SEO-friendly and responsive systems. His expertise lies with a wide range of CRMs, analytics platforms, and performance testing software optimization of web presence.
