  • Marketing Strategy & Project Leadership

    Bia founded ALMA Creative to meet the demand for marketing experts committed to driving profit with a social purpose. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, project leadership, fundraising, community outreach and international settlement. With over a decade of experience in marketing and event management across nonprofits, hospitality, coworking spaces, and small businesses, her passion for philanthropy shapes her approach.

    From 2017 to 2019, Bia served as the first Honorary Vice Consul of Brazil in Manitoba, bridging consular services between Canada and Brazil in collaboration with Global Affairs Canada. As a small business owner, she also led an international student recruitment agency, helping Brazilian students study in Canada from 2016 to 2020.

    Bia holds degrees in Marketing & Advertising and Theology for Educational Purposes. Having lived and studied on three continents, she is a Brazilian-Canadian fluent in English, German, and Brazilian Portuguese. She works remotely and lives with her family anywhere between Canada, Germany, and Costa Rica.

    Lindsay is an instructor in Social Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship for Red River College in Canada. She has extensive knowledge of leadership development, policy development, nonprofit organization skills, and management process within the non-profit sector – specifically in fund development, communications & media strategies, and event management.

  • Volunteer Outreach, Events & Training

    Belinda has managed volunteer efforts and social services for Siloam Mission for 10 years. She is certified in the Canadian Code for Volunteer Involvement, passionate about community building, and advocates for diversity and inclusion in Canada. She is experienced in building and managing volunteer programs, volunteer based events such as Galas, volunteer and donor appreciation engagement, developing volunteer database CRMs, and staff training.
